I was fortunate to come across Silver CenturyTourism on Facebook, and even more fortunate to be assisted by Mr. Ivan. Mr. Ivan was very kind, accommodating, and helpful throughout the entire process, from processing my daughter’s under-18 visa, booking our flights, guiding us through Philippine immigration(docs) and ensuring everything went smoothly. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. The agency/(Ms. Jazel) placed the blame on us, claiming it was our responsibility to remind them, even though the appointment was fully paid on January 9, 2026. At that point, we trusted that the agency would handle all necessary arrangements properly and ensure the visa process proceeded without issues or delays—especially since payment was made well in advance of the appointment. Unfortunately, when the appointment date arrived, it had not been completed because they forgot about our booking, despite of couple reminders, resulting in a one-day fine, with our visa expiring on January 20. Instead of taking responsibility for the oversight, the agency blamed us for not informing them. Had there been no advance payment, this situation might have been understandable. However, since everything was booked and paid for ahead of time, we relied on their professionalism and accountability. This experience has been very disappointing and stressful, and it fell far short of the service we expected.
